FISCAL AFFAIRS
The Office of Fiscal Affairs is comprised of several departments that support the overall growth, success, and long-term financial sustainability of the University. The Office provides strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, procurement, human resources, payroll, financial compliance, as well as campus facilities management. Through responsible stewardship of institutional resources, the Office of Fiscal Affairs ensures sound fiscal operations, strengthens internal controls, supports externally funded programs and capital initiatives, and advances the University’s strategic goals related to revenue diversification, operational efficiency, and institutional stability.
Through data-driven financial management and cross-divisional collaboration, the Office of Fiscal Affairs actively supports and accomplishes its goals by aligning fiscal strategies with institutional priorities. The Office facilitates the management of external funding by ensuring compliance with federal and private funding requirements. It advances long-term financial health by implementing sound financial controls that promote transparency, accountability, and sustainability. Collectively, these efforts enable the University to invest strategically in academic programs, infrastructure, and student success while maintaining fiscal integrity and resilience.
