Fall begins in August, spring in January, and summer in May. Allen’s calendar offers several session lengths so you can build a schedule that fits your goals.

Changing your schedule
Drop/add vs. withdraw
Drop/add is the short window to change classes at the start of the term. After it closes, you can still withdraw without a GPA penalty until the deadline.
- Aug 17Fall: last day to drop/add
- Oct 30Fall: last day to withdraw without GPA penalty
- Jan 19Spring: last day to drop/add
- Mar 15Spring: last day to withdraw without GPA penalty

Register on time to avoid late fees
Late registration fees increase each day.
